Above the sector average
When you complete the Culture Index survey, we collect your responses to questions about working hours, overtime compensation, salary range, leadership diversity, credit practices, and learning and development support. If you sign in via LinkedIn, we receive your name and email address.
Individual survey responses are never displayed publicly. All data shown in the index is aggregated across multiple respondents. A minimum of 5 responses is required before any practice’s score becomes visible. Your name and email are used solely to prevent duplicate submissions and are never displayed alongside responses.
We store your anonymised survey responses, your LinkedIn user ID (to prevent duplicate submissions), and your email address. We do not store your LinkedIn password, access token, or any data about your LinkedIn connections or activity.
Survey data is used exclusively to calculate and display aggregated culture scores for architecture and design practices. Email addresses collected via the unlock form are used to grant access to the index and may be used to send updates about the Culture Index. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@toscaleblog.co.uk. You can also request that we remove all data associated with your submissions.
We use LinkedIn’s “Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect” product. This grants us access to your name, email address, and profile picture only. We do not request access to your connections, posts, messages, or any other LinkedIn data. We do not post to your LinkedIn feed. You can revoke access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings.
Survey responses are retained indefinitely to maintain the accuracy of the index. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
